Overview
Corewell Health Lung Transplant is seeking a qualified Advanced Practice Provider to join the Lung Transplant team as a full‑time clinician. The primary focus is diagnosing and treating medically complex patients in a hybrid clinic and inpatient setting.
Responsibilities- Diagnose and manage patients with complex respiratory conditions.
- Provide evidence‑based treatment plans and follow‑up care.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Participate in clinic and inpatient rounds, ensuring continuity of care.
- Adhere to institutional protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Nurse Practitioner
:- Master’s or higher degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Certification after 2000 with evidence of post‑master’s or doctorate completion by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Experience functioning in a collaborative NP role.
- Licensure: LIC‑NP (State of Michigan).
- Certifications:
CRT‑BLS, CRT‑NRP, CRT‑PALS.
- Physician Assistant
:- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: LIC‑PA (State of Michigan).
- Certifications:
PA‑C (NCCPA), CRT‑BLS, CRT‑PALS, CRT‑NRP.

Butterworth Hospital – 100 Michigan St NE, Grand Rapids, MI
Employment Type:
Full time
Shift: Variable, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday–Friday with 1 in 4 weekends.
