Hospice RN Clinical Manager

Are you passionate about providing exceptional care to patients in a hospice setting? Do you have strong leadership skills and experience in nursing management? If so, Advisa Care is looking for a dedicated and skilled Hospice RN Clinical Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our patients.

• Oversee clinical operations within the hospice program
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure quality care is delivered in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements
• Conduct patient admissions and visits as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
• Ensure compliance with Medicare and insurance requirements
• Provide leadership in expanding hospice services in the community

• Valid RN license in the state of Michigan
• Current CPR and TB test certifications
• Experience in hospice care is preferred
• Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus
