Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health
Schedule:
3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, Every other weekend
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
40 hours per week
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assess and address care needs, developing and adjusting care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
- Coordinate and provide nursing care for individuals and groups, working closely with physicians.
- Educate patients and their families regarding discharge and aftercare planning.
- Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff in various clinical settings.
- Document and report necessary information according to established policies.
- Serve as a clinical leader, delegating tasks and promoting staff development.
- Uphold the organization's mission and values, demonstrating professionalism and effective communication.
- Provide holistic support to patients, including spiritual and emotional assistance.
