Travel Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) | Nights | 13-Week Contract
Multiple Openings Available | 36 Hours/Week | Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation
We're seeking compassionate and skilled Rehabilitation Registered Nurses (RNs) for a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic inpatient acute rehabilitation setting. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses who are passionate about helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life following illness, injury, or major medical events.
As a Rehab RN, you'll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to support patients through their recovery journey while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
Assignment Highlights- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Rehabilitation
- Setting: Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks

- Schedule: 36 Hours per Week
- Shift: Nights
- Hours: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Openings: 7
- Weekends Required
- Charting System: Epic
Nurses may work on or float between specialized rehabilitation units, including:
- Spinal Cord Injury Unit
- Stroke Rehabilitation
- Brain Injury Rehabilitation
- Orthopedic Trauma & Amputee Unit
- Intensive Medical Rehabilitation Unit (Critical Care Recovery)
- Medically Complex Unit (Cardiac/Oncology)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Assist patients in restoring and maintaining maximum functional independence
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Monitor patient progress and adapt care plans as needed
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation goals and recovery processes
- Provide compassionate care to patients recovering from injury, illness, surgery, or neurological events
