, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.
3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs. The hospital is a NICHE Exemplar Organization

What You Will Work- Full-time
- 3 - 12 hour Day Shifts
- 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
- Every Third Weekend Rotation

Position SummaryRegistered Nurse, RN works in a collaborative environment to deliver excellent patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced based medicine and individualized patient care. A Registered Nurse, RN is expected to facilitate all aspects of the patient visit experience.
Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program
- Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred
- In Grand Rapids if ADN must enroll in BSN program within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years of hire
- Licensed in the State of Michigan
- Current BLS AHA certification
- Experience in a health care setting
