About Rehab & Nursing Center – Leffingwell:
The facility offers 80 private rooms with beautiful nature views. Our expert team of nurses and therapists use the latest technology and techniques to maximize independence and mobility, helping patients prepare to return home.

• Registered Nurse (RN) – Delivers nursing care responsibly and accountably as described by the American Nurses Association (ANA) and State of Michigan statutes. Demonstrates competency through the critical thinking model (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, evaluation). Upholds standards of professional performance (ethical practice, culturally congruent practice, communication, collaboration, leadership, education, evidence‑based practice, quality of practice, professional practice evaluation, resource utilization, environmental health) and strives to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Under the direction of the RN/Mid‑level Provider/Physician and in collaboration with the health care team, contributes to assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Informs patients and families about treatments and medications, equipment, and related activities. Documents care via computer/written records according to guidelines.

• Required
  :
  Registered Nurse (RN) – Associate’s degree in Nursing, Michigan license, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days.
• Required
  :
  Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – High School Diploma, completion of an approved nursing program, Michigan LPN license upon hire, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days.
• Preferred
  :
  Associates in Nursing, healthcare experience.
