Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. Nurses assess patient needs and implement care plans utilizing the latest technology within a strong interdisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages: $38.15 – $40.15 per hour based on years of current certification
• Hero pay: $3.40 per hour

Scheduling Options

• 12‑hour shifts, including rotating weekends and some holidays
• Full‑time and part‑time positions available
• Day shift or midnight shift options

Daily Responsibilities

• Perform treatments such as wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer prescribed medications and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well‑being
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors
• Oversee the nurse aide team, assigning duties, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in Michigan with current CPR‑BLS certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or higher in Nursing
• Strong analytical skills for personalized care planning and problem solving
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to passionate, innovative care
• Team player who supports team members and performs necessary duties
