Nights (11:00 pm-6:59 am)-$2.00 | Weekend (Fri 11:00 pm-Sun 10:59 pm)-$0.50
Pay Range$35.23 - $41.60/hr. (this rate is inclusive of the $3.40/hr michigan Skilled Nursing Facility Direct Care Worker Pass-Through approved rate; current approval through September 30, 2026)
What You'll DoAs an LPN, you'll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health. You'll lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care.
