Job DescriptionAs a Travel ER RN, you will provide critical care to patients in the emergency room. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to stabilize patients and provide urgent medical care.
Responsibilities- Provide immediate and effective nursing care to patients in emergency situations
- Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on severity
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as needed
- Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outes
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an ER RN
- Strong clinical skills in emergency care and trauma management
- Excellent munication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
