Optimal Care - Evergreen is seeking a Hospice After Hours Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate end-of-life care during the overnight hours. This role offers a predictable 7-on/7-off schedule, from 5pm to 8am, with no on-call requirements and shifts starting from home.
You will assess and manage urgent symptoms, support patients and families, and coordinate with physicians and the hospice team to maintain comfort and dignity through the night.
