Schedule:
2nd & 3rd Shift Options | 8-hour & 12-hour Shifts Setting:
Behavioral Health (Inpatient - Youth, Adult & Older Adult Populations) Sign-on Bonus Available! New graduates are welcome!
Position Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to provide patient-centered care across behavioral health settings. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting patients through recovery in a safe and structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide and coordinate nursing care in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Monitor patient safety, identify risks, and report changes in condition
- Educate patients and families on treatment and discharge planning
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with policies and standards
- Support a therapeutic, recovery-focused environment
- Delegate tasks and provide oversight to clinical staff
- Participate in quality improvement and staff development initiatives
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a team-based behavioral health environment
- Commitment to patient-centered and compassionate care
- New grads are considered, but would prefer psych or ED experience.
