Elara Caring is seeking a Registered Nurse Home Health to provide patient-centered care in home settings within our Grand Rapids coverage area. You will assess, plan, and coordinate treatments with an interdisciplinary team to meet each patient’s needs.
Requirements include a current, unrestricted state RN license, 1+ year of clinical nursing experience, and willingness to travel up to 50%. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Nursing is preferred; experience with Home Care Home Base is a plus.
