Registered Nurse (RN) – Multiple Opportunities Available

Pine Rest is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality, person-centered care across our behavioral health system. Opportunities are available working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in inpatient, residential, outpatient, and specialty behavioral health programs
.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem (PRN) opportunities available throughout the organization.

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Provide and coordinate nursing care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition
• Educate patients and families on treatment, discharge, and aftercare planning
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for patients and staff
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Participate in crisis intervention, safety management, and recovery-focused care
• Delegate tasks and provide leadership to clinical staff

Required:

• Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience

• Onsite position
• May include weekends, holidays, and varied shifts depending on program needs
