PA​/NP - Primary Care - Cutlerville, MI - South Pavilion

Corewell Health is seeking an experienced APP (Advanced Practice Provider) to join our established Primary Care team at the South Pavilion Integrated Care Campus.

Enjoy a four (4) day-work week at this busy outpatient setting along with strong collaboration and coordination among providers and team members. Team‑based care is supplemented with behavioral health, care management and medical assistants that work one‑to‑one with the providers.

• Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants required to care for patients of all ages.
• Nurse Practitioner:
  • Required Master’s Degree. Candidates who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post‑master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission.
  • 3 years of relevant current, clinical experience required.
  • Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role required.
  • Experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
  • Licensure: registered nurse (RN) state MI upon hire.
  • Licensure:
    Nurse Practitioner (NP) state MI upon hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA 90 days required or BLS – ARC 90 days required.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA 120 days required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) – AHA upon hire.
• Physician Assistant:
  • Required Master’s Degree, graduate of an accredited PA program.
  • Licensure:
    Physician Assistant state MI.
  • Certified PA‑C (NCCPA) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
  • Advanced Pediatric Life Support (PALS) required.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required.
