About the Lotus UnitLotus is a secure residential treatment program serving at-risk youth ages 11-17. The program provides intensive community transition services focused on psychiatric stabilization, emotional regulation, and independent living skills. This role is ideal for nurses who enjoy building long-term therapeutic relationships and working with greater autonomy.

- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Deliver and coordinate nursing care with interdisciplinary teams
- Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support discharge and aftercare planning
- Monitor patient safety and respond to crises
- Participate in de-escalation and behavioral health interventions
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for team members
- Promote person-centered, recovery-focused care
- Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Psychiatric or behavioral health nursing experience Additional Information
- Pay based on education and experience
- Hourly, non-exempt position
- Physically active role that includes standing, walking, lifting, and responding to crisis situations
