About this position

Join Health Bar’s Clinical Team

At Health Bar, we believe Better Care Begins Where You Are.

We partner with schools and businesses to bring high-quality healthcare directly into the environments where people live, learn, and work. Our clinicians provide relationship-based, accessible care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

We’re always growing, and we’re building a Per Diem Clinical Application Pool of qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs) who are interested in picking up opportunities with Health Bar as they become available.

Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts, additional income, flexibility between other commitments our per diem pool is a great way to stay connected with our team.

Where You Could Make an Impact

Health Bar has two primary areas of clinical service:

School Nursing Program (SNP)

Our School Nursing Program partners with schools to provide dedicated nursing support to students and staff. Our school-based clinicians play an important role in supporting student health, managing acute and chronic health needs, collaborating with families and school teams, and helping create a safe and healthy learning environment.

Roles include:

  • Registered Nurses (RNs)

School nursing opportunities may include district-wide, school-based, or individual student support. Clinical coverage may be available on a daily, weekly, or long-term basis.

Health Bar Partnership Program (HPP)

Our Health Bar Partner Program brings healthcare directly into the workplace through partnerships with businesses and organizations. Clinicians provide accessible, relationship-based care to employees within their business, with an emphasis on prevention, wellness, and early intervention.

HPP opportunities will vary based on our partner locations and clinical coverage needs. Coverage assignments may range from single-day shifts to weekly or longer-term placements.

Joining our application pool does not necessarily mean you are committing to a specific schedule or location. Instead, we'll keep your information on file and reach out when opportunities arise that align with your:

  • Clinical background and experience
  • Licensure and qualifications
  • Preferred location
  • Availability & Schedule

Per diem opportunities may include coverage for planned absences, short-term staffing needs, or additional clinical support.

Applying to this role does not guarantee employment. We will reach out directly if an opportunity becomes available that aligns with your experience, preferences, and availability. You may not hear from us immediately, but you will receive an email confirming that we received your application.

Pay

Pay rates vary based on role, program, location, and experience.

  • Registered Nurse (RN): Starting at $35/hour

Specific pay rates will be confirmed during the hiring process based on the individual opportunity.
