What You'll DoOur current Homecare Services Manager is looking forward to a well-earned retirement. This Manager has built the Homecare Services team from the ground up and we are excited to have another leader join our team to continue this strong growth! As a key member of our management team, the Homecare Services Manager leads and provides oversight, strategy, and guidance for the day-to-day operations of the homecare teams.
WhatWe're Looking For
- Current state of Michigan licensed Registered Nurse is required
- Minimum of 2 years of homecare leadership experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population
- Self-motivated, organized with ability to manage a team consisting of home health aides and nurses
- Have a passion for those whom we serve through this amazing program
