Cancer Care Service Line

The Cancer Care Service Line at Corewell Health is seeking a full‑time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Adult Blood and Marrow Transplant/Hematology program. This position will support our growing practice, seeing patients primarily in the outpatient setting at Lemmen Holton Cancer Pavilion, with cross coverage to our inpatient floor across the street at Butterworth Hospital—both ideally situated on Corewell Health's dynamic 'medical mile' in downtown Grand Rapids.

This is a full‑time position, working five 8‑hour shifts per week or four 10‑hour shifts weekly. Once onboarded, there will be a need to participate in on‑call responsibilities with future work needs on weekends/holidays.

• Master's Degree:
  Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post‑master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission
• 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role
• Experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Preferred: LIC‑Registered Nurse (RN) -  State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• LIC‑Nurse Practitioner (NP) -  State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT‑Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required or Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program
• LIC‑Physician Assistant –  State of Michigan Upon Hire required
• CRT‑Physician Asst Certified (PA‑C) – NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants Upon Hire required
• CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – AHA American Heart Association 90 Days required Or CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – ARC American Red Cross 90 Days required
• CRT‑Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS) – AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
• CRT‑Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required
