As a Medical/Surgical Registered Nurse, you'll provide comprehensive nursing care to patients across the continuum of care while serving as a trusted advocate for patients and families.

What You'll DoAs a Medical/Surgical RN, you'll assess, plan, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary  this role, you will:

Perform patient assessments and reassessments

Develop and implement individualized plans of care Administer medications and treatments safely

Monitor patient progress and communicate changes in condition

Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery

Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Support quality, safety, and infection prevention initiatives

Participate in patient discharge planning

Advocate for positive patient experiences and outcomes

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications Current Registered Nurse licensure

Current BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment skills

Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Commitment to compassionate patient care Preferred Qualities Medical/Surgical nursing experienceACLS certification

Strong critical thinking skills

Time management and prioritization abilities

Passion for continuous learning

Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations

Education, Certifications & Licensure Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Current RN licensureBLS certification

Additional certifications as required by department
