Key Responsibilities:Provide leadership and oversight for daily nursing operations within the SNF
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure compliance with infection control and antibiotic stewardship protocols
Manage staff scheduling, including on-call duties, to maintain proper coverage
Document and report facility metrics and quality indicators to senior management
Support regulatory inspections and ensure adherence to state and federal guidelines
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related healthcare field
Michigan RN License
BLS Certification
Infection Control/Antibiotic Stewardship Certification or relevant training
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience
Prior leadership or administrative experience in long-term care facilities or SNFs
Familiarity with infection control protocols and antibiotic stewardship programs
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and handle on-call responsibilities
Proficiency in EMR systems and administrative documentation
