Corewell Health West Visiting Nurses Team seeks experienced RNs and LPNs, and welcomes new grads, to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes across Grand Rapids and nearby areas.
You will use critical thinking and high-level nursing skills to deliver autonomous home health care, visiting 5-7 patients per shift and collaborating with the care team. A 40-hour workweek with daytime shifts is typical, and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.
