Ideal candidates will have experience with tree pruning, felling, installation, and plant health care. In this active role, you will use arborist equipment to improve the appearance, health, and overall value of the trees on our clients' properties. This role transitions to snow removal work during the winter.

- Follow written or verbal instructions of the crew leader, supervisor and company leadership
- Operate equipment, such as chain saws, pole saws, hand tools, brush chippers, stump grinders, skid steers, and other equipment and tools necessary to provide best tree health care.
- Utilize professional arboriculture techniques following ANSI A300 standards and ISA Best Practices
- Perform other tasks as instructed by crew leader, supervisor, or manager
- Snow removal work during the winter months
- Strong commitment to work safely
- Professional arboriculture experience preferred with tree climbing experience a bonus. However, we will train the right candidates with backgrounds in other services / trades
- US Driver's License required with ability to gain MI Chauffeur's license within 14 days of employment. CDL license preferred, CDL Training and Testing provided
- Prepare, operate, and perform basic maintenance on all tools and equipment related to position
- Desire to work with a team to accomplish goals
- Able and willing to receive and respond positively to performance feedback
- Smart phone required
- Able to read and follow map directions, digital or printed
