Chop Tree Service

Chop Tree Service is seeking an experienced Tree Trimmer Foreman to lead crews in performing utility vegetation management and right-of-way tree operations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering high-quality work for our utility and municipal partners.

• Lead and supervise tree trimming and removal crews
• Ensure compliance with ANSI standards, OSHA regulations, and company safety policies
• Conduct job site hazard assessments and daily tailboard safety meetings
• Operate and oversee the use of bucket trucks, chippers, chainsaws, and related equipment
• Maintain productivity, quality standards, and project timelines
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and the public
• Train and mentor crew members

• Previous experience in utility line clearance and vegetation management
• Prior foreman or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of safe tree climbing, rigging, and equipment operation
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred or ability to obtain)
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and professional work standards
