Oversee a crew of 2-3 people to perform precise pruning, hedging, and aesthetic shrub care on commercial sites.
Responsibilities- Pruning and Horticulture: Expertly prune shrubs and hedges using hand pruners, loppers, and powered hedge trimmers to improve plant health and aesthetics.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and direct crew members on daily tasks, ensuring efficiency and high-quality work standards.
- Site Management: Coordinate daily routes, manage job site layout, and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Safety and Equipment: Maintain, clean, and safely operate equipment (trucks, trailers, blowers, trimmers) and enforce safety protocols.
- Administrative: Ensure crew clocks in and out appropriately for all work done within our electronic software.
- Winter: Work includes snow management on commercial properties.
Clean driving record required. Michigan chauffeur's license required to operate company vehicles.
