What You Will Get to Do:
  • Manage Day-to-day activity of the Quality department in the manufacturing and Distribution Center
  • Prepare, lead, and determine customer corrective actions with the operations staff
  • Establish internal audits drive ISO 9001 Certification compliance and follow up activity
  • Prepare and follow department budgets forecasts, and annual operating plans
  • Assure the department and administration of verification procedures, reports and sampling plans
  • Provide Quality System mentorship and leadership for all shifts
  • Report quality results to all relevant parties and maintain quality records/documentation
What You Will Bring:
  • 5 years of demonstrated work experience in a manufacturing Quality department leading a team
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Experience with quality systems, tools databases and statistical process controls
  • Ability to mentor, facilitate an lead problem solving methodology
  • Certifications:

    Lean Six Sigma, ASQ Certified Engineer, Quality Engineering
