Hiring:
Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer II – Medical Device
Location:
Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite) Type: W2 contract Duration: 12+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer II to support supplier quality operations for a leading medical device manufacturer in Grand Rapids, MI.
KeySkills Required:
- Supplier Quality Management & Supplier Performance Monitoring
- Root Cause Analysis, CAPA, Nonconformance & Deviation Management
- Quality Systems & Regulatory Compliance (GMP, Change Control, QMS)
- Track Wise or similar Quality Management Systems
- Hands-on Product Problem Solving in a Manufacturing Environment
- Mechanical, Industrial, Operations, or Biomedical Engineering Background
- Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt Certification.
- 4+ years in Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, or Medical Device Quality Engineering.
- Drive supplier quality improvements and performance monitoring
- Investigate supplier-related quality issues and implement CAPAs
- Support supplier audits and GMP compliance activities
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Quality teams to resolve complex issues
- Ensure suppliers consistently deliver quality materials, parts, and services.
