The frontline champion for product excellence, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing reliability. This hybrid role balances precise, data-driven quality control (QC) testing within our laboratory with active, real-time process auditing across the manufacturing floor. You will partner closely with production teams to identify deviations early, troubleshoot material variations, and ensure that every roll of engineered film or custom material meets our strict quality standards and customer specifications.

• Laboratory Testing & Analysis
• Manufacturing & Process Auditing

• High school diploma or GED required;
  Associates Degree in Applied Science preferred;
• Two (2) years of quality control work experience in manufacturing; or
• an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and good follow-up skills are essential
• Must possess good problem-solving skills and basic math skills
• Ability to interact in a professional manner with employees and vendors
• Solid verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Willingness to work as team member or independently

Hours are 8:00am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday
