Gilmore Catering is a mobile catering company specializing in weddings, private events, and corporate functions throughout West Michigan. We bring top-tier food and beverage service to unique venues, private homes, and outdoor destinations. We're looking for professional, enthusiastic Catering Servers and Bartenders to join our traveling team. We are willing to train the right candidates.

• Set up and break down food service areas
• Serve plated meals, passed hors d'oeuvres, or buffet items
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout events
• Follow service timelines and instructions from event leads

• Pack and maintain inventory during events
• Set up and break down bars
• Mix and serve beer, wine, and specialty cocktails
• Monitor alcohol consumption and follow local/state serving laws
• Keep bar area clean, organized, and guest-focused
• Must have bartending experience
• Must be open to a mix of serving and bartending shifts

• Must be 18+
• Ability to travel to various event locations (reliable transportation preferred)
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Bartenders must have (or be willing to obtain) valid TIPS certification

• $16-18/hr depending on role and experience
