Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism

* Model Chick-fil-A's values through dependable work, integrity, and genuine hospitality

* Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

* Collaborate effectively with team members and leadership to meet goals

* Support daily operations in both the Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas

* Communicate clearly, courteously, and proactively with guests and teammates

* Uphold all Chick-fil-A standards, including dress code, safety, and cleanliness policies

* Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

* Qualifications

* Reliable and consistent work ethic with a desire for long-term employment

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Positive attitude and passion for serving others

* Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

* Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence

* Flexible availability (including early mornings, evenings, and Saturdays)

* Ability to lift 10-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
