Catering prep cooks will have oversight of catering kitchen service operations during their shift.

• Preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other food items
• Assuming 100% responsibility for the quality of products made
• Efficient in portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen standards
• Stocking and product management including waste control
• Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
• Excelling in time management and organization
• Following all food safety standards and procedures

• Minimum 1-year experience as a prep cook in a high-volume restaurant/bar
• Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the business
• Valid driver’s license required to operate company vehicles
• Detailed oriented
• Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
• Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
• Strong belief in professional and ethical approach to guest services

Hourly plus Tips
