PT Bartender - Grand Rapids Complex

Essential Functions

• Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests
• Performs other duties assigned
• Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty
• Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures
• Must be present for all major and Minor events at the Arena

• Previous bartending experience preferred

• Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance
• Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training (TIP's, Servsafe certification)
• Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank
• Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift
• Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions
• Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

• May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season
• May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Location: Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan
