Shipping & Customer Service Assistant

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (On-site)

Role Description

Duffield Lane is seeking a Shipping & Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team in Grand Rapids. This is a full-time, on-site role supporting both e-commerce and wholesale operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, energetic, and personable—someone who enjoys staying organized while also interacting with customers and representing our brand with warmth and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pack and fulfill e-commerce and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle daily shipping and receiving tasks
  • Respond to customer service inquiries via email and other channels in a friendly, helpful manner
  • Maintain accurate shipping records, invoices, and order documentation

    Communicate effectively with internal team members and external partners
  • Support general operations needs as the business continues to grow
