Job DescriptionThe Sales Associate is an Entry Level Position located at the Sears Part Store in Grand Rapids MI. The role involves providing positive frontline contact with customers, determining and meeting customer needs, offering assistance and support, and ensuring a satisfying customer experience. The associate will also communicate effectively to translate customer needs into solutions and employ persuasive skills to close sales.
