Luxury Bridal Manager

Reports To:

General Manager or Assistant General Manager in their absence.

The Luxury Bridal Manager is the category owner and experience leader for all Bridal merchandise within the store. The Luxury Bridal Manager is responsible for ensuring every customer receives a confident, emotional, and expertly guided experience during one of life’s most meaningful purchases.

• Own the Bridal category and lead total Bridal category performance—sales, behaviors, and standards.
• Serve as the expert in diamonds, storytelling, and closing with confidence.
• Drive consistency in Bridal presentations across all team members.
• Lead visual marketing for Bridal; own bridal visual merchandising and storytelling execution.
• Ensure displays reinforce romance, emotion, and confidence in purchase.
• Align visual focus to key moments, launches, and selling priorities.
• Build team capability through monthly coaching—observe or coach one Bridal presentation per team member each month and deliver real‑time, actionable feedback on diamond education, confidence, emotional storytelling, payment options, and closing.
• Build consistent, repeatable Bridal behaviors across the team.
• Lead by example through personal performance.
• Lead and develop talent; partner with store leadership to identify and develop Bridal talent.
• Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and shared success.
• Activate the Brand Promise and help customers express individuality, feel confident and understood, and celebrate life’s most meaningful moments with confidence.
• Drive performance excellence and improve key KPIs including conversion, appointment culture, and follow‑up behaviors.
