Position Summary:

This role leads the eCommerce process of receiving grocery orders from customers online, ensuring orders are picked, properly bagged, stored (refrigerator/freezer as needed), and prepared for timely pick‑up.

• Lead the eCommerce process for receiving online orders and delegating picking.
• Review customer comments and special instructions to ensure the selected product matches the request; follow up on substitutions or issues.
• Ensure quality control by handling perishables and delicate items carefully during selection and packing.
• Scan order products and confirm order totals, including items priced by the pound (produce, deli, meat/seafood).
• Store orders at the proper temperature (refrigerator/freezer as needed).
• Report customer issues, shortages, overages, and damages to store management immediately.
• Research and resolve customer complaints or problems promptly.
• Provide focused and effective customer service and model high standards of service to achieve positive satisfaction.
• Implement Company service programs and follow Guest Experience Guidelines.
• Follow PPE and safety guidelines, food safety, and cleaning expectations.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
• Travel requirements vary by assignment.

• High school diploma or GED (preferred).
• One year of retail or related experience (preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• Decision–making and problem–solving abilities.
• Knowledge of suggestive selling and product knowledge.
• Detail oriented.
• Proficient in MS Office applications ('Word', 'Excel', 'PowerPoint').
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.

• May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and walk for extended periods; bend, stoop, twist, and turn frequently.
• Exposure to typical retail store environments, varied temperatures, and moderate noise levels.
• May be exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
• Travel requirements vary by assignment.
