Fresh Cut Associate Part Time

Maintain and operate the Fresh Cut Produce department, including trimming and preparation of merchandise according to company and department standards, ensuring that the work shift contributes to the financial best interest of the store. Complete all other duties as assigned in a timely manner.

• Prepare all varieties of cut fruits and vegetables.
• Maintain display and quality control.
• Become certified in Fresh Cuts Production.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines.
• Follow all food safety and cleaning expectations.
• Follow guest experience guidelines.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

• Some retail experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

May be required to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently, and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Must stand and walk for extended periods, and may bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently. Typical retail store environment with varied temperatures and exposure to outside weather conditions. Noise level usually low to moderate.

Travel requirements vary by assignment.
