Complete Truck Assessment checklist at start of each delivery day;
Secure products in truck with straps/loading bars;
Safely transport products to Pop-Up Retail locations;
Place product on reassembled flatbed cart for location entry;
Take expired product to home store;
Complete delivery manifest and ensure all product accounted for;
Complete temperature logs for food safety
