C. Penney - - Responsibilities:
Conduct asset protection investigations and collect evidence using CCTV and store-floor observations;
Prepare and document apprehensions, witness statements, and disposition of recovered merchandise;
Conduct external interviews with customers and contractors in accordance with law and policy;
Report suspected fraud and policy violations to AP and store leadership; coordinate with store leadership during investigations;
Assist with incident investigations and store safety initiatives; support a safety culture and conduct regular store walks to identify hazards
