Position Overview

Join our dynamic tech company as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). You will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities. This role is ideal for someone looking to kick start their career in tech sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound Lead Qualification: Respond to and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize tools like Linked In, email, and phone calls to reach out to cold prospects and generate interest.
  • Research: Perform market and company research to engage potential customers.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives to ensure seamless transition and follow-up of qualified leads.
  • Learning & Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscapes, and product knowledge to effectively communicate with prospects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement software.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and manage time effectively.
  • Experience with SaaS products.
  • Eager to learn, goal-oriented, and resilient.
