We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team! You will work with new and existing clients to fit their needs. This position also has the opportunity to promote into leadership and management roles. You will also have the ability to earn weekly bonuses and all expenses paid trips!
Responsibilities- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
- Prospect and contact potential clients
- Resolve client inquiries and complaints
- Set appointments with new clients and work with existing clients further fill their needs
- Build and develop your own team
- Train and lead new employees once you enter a management position
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
This is a commission-based role for life and supplemental health insurance sales.
