ABOUT THE ROLE
The role of group sales associate is to book, plan and execute all group sales events and birthday parties. The ideal group sales associate is sales-driven and focuses on increasing revenue and sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare quotes/proposals for clients as needed
- Create event orders using reservation software
- Make follow-up and confirmation calls
- Upsell parties to maximize revenue
- Communicate with all departments with party details
- Post-event: send surveys, thank yous, emails
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Adhere to Airway Fun Center’s Core Values.
- Sales-driven and knowledge of sales processes to increase revenue.
- Experience in Sales or related field.
- Experience in Event planning or related field.
