Position OverviewAre you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If yes, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent could be the right career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial products.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships, providing follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance coverage, eligibility, policies, claims, and billing.
- Use a needs-based review process to educate customers on insurance options.
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Support local community events in partnership with the agent.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success daily.

Compensation ranges from $40,000 to $70,000 per year.
