Asa Transactional Inside Sales Account Manager ,youwillmanageafast-pacedportfoliofocusedprimarilyonspotinquiries,short-lead-timeneeds,andrapidlychangingmarketconditions.
Yourrolewillcenteronidentifying,executing,andcoordinatingquick-turnaroundshipments.
You’llcollaboratedailywithpurchasing,operations,logistics,andqualityteamstoprovideabest-in-classcustomerexperience.
- Deliverfast,accuratecustomerservicebyrespondingquicklytocustomerpurchaseordersandrequests
- Enterordersaccuratelyandpromptly,ensuringallspecificationsarecapturedcorrectly
- Ensuretimelydeliveryofcustomerorders
- Pointofcontactforallmattersspecifictotheday-to-daytransactionalneeds
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithcustomerswhoprimarilypurchasebasedonmarketconditions,quick-turnneeds,orjust-in-timerequirements
- Understandcustomerneeds,offersolutionstomeetthem,andeffectivelycommunicatetheseneedstofulfillmentteams(i.e.production,logistics,purchasing,outsideprocessing,etc.)
- Monitorkeytransactionalmetricssuchasquoteturnaroundtimeandon-time delivery
- Preparereportingformanagementandoutsidesalesteammembers

- Preferred bachelor’sdegreeinbusinessorrelatedfield
- 2–3yearssalesorbusinessoperationsexperience
