About the Role

As an Account Manager at Pipp, you'll play a hybrid role that blends account management, customer service, and project coordination. You'll be the primary point of contact for assigned and new customer accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from initial quote to final installation. Your role will involve:

• Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Entering and maintaining accurate quote and sales data in our ERP system.
• Collaborating with internal teams to facilitate deliveries, installations, and pricing details.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

• A passion for customer service and relationship management
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects seamlessly
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office. ERP experience is a plus!
• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience (or a combination of both)

Compensation details: 22-25 Hourly Wage
