POSITION SUMMARY

We continue to set the standard for excellence in our industry, and our next stage of growth requires a Sales Development Representative.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Map and engage prospective accounts, understanding their organizational structure, key personnel, and existing technologies.
  • Initiate outreach to potential clients through cold calling, emails, and social media platforms.
  • Qualify leads by assessing their talent needs via phone, email, Linked In, and networking.
  • Schedule meetings for Business Unit Leaders and attend when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within CRM, ensuring timely follow-up with leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and marketing to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Support the development of presentations and proposals for prospective clients as needed.
  • Continuously upskill and deepen expertise in lead generation and sales development best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and positive relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technologies to facilitate prospecting and pipeline management.
  • Ability to design and execute sales campaigns that effectively engage prospects and convert leads.
  • Proven capability to aggressively pursue and exceed defined performance metrics.
KEY METRICS FOR SUCCESS
  • Number of Outbound Activities to be tracked
  • Cold Calls – tracked weekly
  • Emails sent – measured weekly
  • Social Media Outreach – measured monthly
  • Appointments Set
  • Meetings Scheduled – total number of appointments booked for Business Leaders
  • Meetings Completed – total number of appointments completed
  • Revenue Influenced
  • Closed/Won Deals from SDR Efforts – tracks the revenue attributed to deals that started from SDR’s outreach efforts.
