We are expanding outbound sales and hiring our first dedicated AE/SDR to own pipeline growth.
What You’ll DoYou will own outbound sales efforts and help us scale predictable revenue.
Responsibilities include:
- Own our outbound sales motion from the ground up.
- Execute cold email + phone outreach campaigns
- Optimize our CRM pipeline strategy and reporting.
- Track and improve conversion metrics
- Work closely with leadership to refine messaging
- Eventually mentor interns / junior SDRs as we scale
- 1–3 years outbound SDR experience (B2B preferred)
- Comfortable owning full sales cycle
- Organized and disciplined with CRM
- Comfortable in early-stage startup environment
- Self-starter with high accountability
- SMB SaaS experience
- Experience building outbound playbooks
- Startup experience
- Automotive industry familiarity (not required)
