- Prepare bids and negotiate contracts while taking ownership of your territory
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of quota‑based sales experience or 5 years of similar experience
- Proven ability to effectively sell to different levels within a customer organization
- Demonstrated success in identifying, connecting with, and closing new business
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, with the ability to travel 80% for on‑site interactions
- Background in commissioned, tangible product sales with a track record of sales growth and quota attainment
- Experience presenting multiple product lines to diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of industry trends and regulations
