Job DescriptionUnder the supervision and direction of the Director of Business Development, the Sales Support Specialist will focus on bringing together customers, employees, products, and other resources to ensure seamless coordination of the JX truck sales process and support JX Regional B2B relationships. By fostering strong relationships and effective communication, they will create positive experiences for customers, employees, and our partners. By demonstrating good stewardship, they will continuously seek to improve market facing processes, stay informed of industry trends, seek innovative solutions and enhance collaboration and efficiency.
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesHonor Commitments
- Maintain and manage accurate documentation, ensuring consistency across all records.
- Accurately process pre-delivery paperwork, following through to closure of sales transactions.
- Check and confirm order entry documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare commercial documentation, sales orders, and deliveries.
- Coordinate and support the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to customers.
- Coordinate Pre-Delivery Inspections, verifying documentation, and any post-sale registrations including, but not limited to, warranty.
Create Positive Experiences
- Provide support to delivery teams ensuring seamless and positive experiences for customers.
- Proactively communicate with customers, sales executives, financial departments, and warranty administrators to deliver an exceptional B2B sales journey.
- Professionally respond to customer, sales executive, and JX internal information/data inquiries.
- Effectively communicate to members at all levels of the organization.
- Assist the sales team with test drives, vehicle demonstrations, and customer events.
Foster Lifelong Learning
- Coordinate and track bailment agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement.
- Adapt to the evolving needs of the organization and undertake additional responsibilities as required, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and responsiveness in meeting market facing business objectives.
Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit
- Promote other JX businesses including new and used trucks, parts, service, body shop, finance, insurance, leasing & rentals to enhance customer experience.
- Seek innovative solutions to streamline processes and procedures, such as closing transactions and managing inventory.
- Research & market segment intelligence gathering to help qualify our enterprise sales efforts.
Demonstrate Good Stewardship
- Maintain and manage accurate documentation, ensuring reliability & consistency.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide training to customers in the use of Smartlinq, ensuring proper installation and functionality.
- Assist sales team in outbound sales cold calls, emails, social touchpoints, in-person sales campaigns, follow up after industry events, etc
