This isn’t your typical sales role—this is your chance to build and lead a revenue-generating machine in your territory. You’ll think like a business owner, act like a leader, and perform like a top producer. Here’s how you’ll do it:
- Scout Strategic Opportunities – Identify local businesses, instructors, events, and organizations that consistently attract our ideal customer—and position yourself at the center of that ecosystem.
- Build Powerful Partnerships – Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders to expand our reach through in-person events, workshops, seminars, and training classes.
- Recruit and Scale Your Team – Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives to ensure every opportunity in your territory is captured and closed.
- Strengthen Business Relationships – Take established partnerships to the next level by highlighting new programs, value-add offerings, and strategic ways to win together.
- Leverage Tech Like a Pro – Use tools like Salesforce to grow and manage your pipeline, and SAP Concur to track and optimize your territory’s business expenses.
- Be Where the Action Is – Travel throughout your region to support partners, drive field sales, and lead by example in high-impact sales settings.
- Lead Your Team in the Sales Process – Lead your team in direct sales while keeping your skills sharp and your team motivated by your leadership in the field.
