Your RoleCommercial Account Executive – a hunter role focused on building a market book of business. You will identify, develop, and close new business while building long-term client relationships through customized OOH advertising solutions.
What You’ll Do- Proactively identify and pursue high-potential advertisers across local, regional, and mid-market businesses, as well as independent and digital agencies.
- Execute strategic outbound efforts (cold outreach, networking, in-market presence) to build a high-quality pipeline.
- Educate clients on OUTFRONT’s value, positioning OOH as a modern, measurable, and scalable channel.
- Develop tailored proposals that align with client objectives and drive results.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and renewal, serving as the primary relationship owner.
- Present customized, insight-driven proposals that integrate creative, data, and location strategy.
- Ensure pricing and process alignment with Revenue Operations standards.
- Partner with internal teams (Creative, Charting, Operations, Sales Support) to bring campaigns to life.
- Ensure seamless execution across billboard, transit, and digital inventory.
- Act as the client advocate, ensuring campaigns deliver on expectations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in CRM and provide regular updates to Sales Leadership.
- Actively manage time, travel, and resources to maximize in-market selling time.
- Stay ahead of local trends, emerging categories, and competitive activity.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and verticals, and represent OUTFRONT in the market through events, networking, and community engagement.
- 7–10+ years of sales experience in media, advertising, or related industries.
- Proven success exceeding quotas with a strong new business / hunter mentality.
- Strong experience building and managing client relationships.
- Full sales cycle understanding from cold outreach to close.
- Ability to translate client needs into compelling, results-driven advertising solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong CRM discipline and pipeline management.
- Experience with OOH, transit, digital, or programmatic media is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
